I had a great weekend at Blackpool, made even better by getting this boy this morning. Meet Pioneer Jimmy D. Very kindly given to me by James Dutton. This boy is going straight into a single breeding pen, and all being well, 2 children of his children will be going into the UK Premier One Loft Race. A big thank you to James, it’s very nice and generous of him.
This cocks Sire is the brilliant Zwart Luc, he is bred from 2 direct Luc Vervoort pigeons and was entered into the RPRA 1 loft race in 2021, where he won the final race by a whopping 16 minutes and not happy with that, he was entered into the yearling race and finished up 4th in the final of that race as well. He was snapped up by Jimmy, and what an investment that has proved to be as he has crossed with the Dutton pigeons and produced fireworks, including fed winners. His Dam, (Black Princess) is a real superstar, being Queen Bee, she has the lot, pedigree being from one of the very best breeding pairs, a super racer winning 3x1st feds and bird of the year with the most points and most important of all, a wonder breeder being dam and g.dam of winners galore including being dam of Golden Girl.
